Keep the original PDF intact. Fulla accepts statement PDFs with selectable text, page scans, a mix of both, or password protection. If a file is protected, the document flow asks for the password without storing it as ordinary document content.

Review the evidence, not only the spreadsheet
A clean-looking table can still contain a wrong date, sign, amount, or merged description. Source-linked review keeps the page beside the drafted row so the correction has evidence.
Work through totals and balance transitions as well as individual rows. Fulla recalculates confidence from row integrity, dates, amounts, reconciliation, and page coverage, but that score does not replace approval.
Export the approved revision
XLSX is useful when the next step involves formulas, filters, formatting, or a person reviewing the workbook. The export uses the approved persisted revision, so an unsaved browser draft cannot become the final file.

Can I export CSV instead of Excel?
Yes. The approved revision can be exported as CSV, XLSX, or JSON.
Does Fulla change my original PDF?
No. The source remains the review evidence while Fulla creates a separate drafted table and export.
Is the XLSX guaranteed to be accurate?
No. Extraction creates a draft. Review and approval are required before relying on the workbook.
