Terms of service

Authorized use

You may process only statements you are authorized to access. You remain responsible for reviewing every extracted row against the source before relying on or exporting it.

Accounts and acceptance

Creating an account requires accepting these terms, the Privacy notice, and the Acceptable use policy. Acceptance is recorded against the policy version shown above. When these terms change materially, the version changes and continued use of the workspace requires accepting the current version.

Extraction and review

Fulla Ledger uses selected vision models and deterministic checks to prepare a draft. The service does not guarantee that a bank statement or transaction is complete or error-free. Approval is your explicit confirmation of the current revision.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions grant a fixed page allowance for the billed monthly or annual period. There is no trial, rollover, or automatic overage charge. Upload and processing stop when neither the active allowance nor a stored credit lot can cover the complete statement. Cancellation at period end keeps subscription access through that period; an operator-initiated immediate cancellation ends the subscription when Stripe confirms it.

Payments, subscriptions, invoices, and refunds are processed by Stripe. Fulla Ledger stores the customer, subscription, invoice, and purchase references needed to reconcile your allowance, but never your full card number. Transactional email about your account — verification, invitations, purchase receipts, allowance changes, billing problems, and support acknowledgements — is sent to your account address.

Stored page credits

Page credits may be purchased through Stripe or granted by an authorized operator. They are used only when the active allowance cannot cover a complete statement, are deducted from the earliest-expiring eligible lot, and are not transferable between workspaces. Every lot has a disclosed expiration of no more than 365 days after issue. Page credits are service units rather than cash and have no cash value except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Discounts

Promotion codes may limit eligibility, redemption count, discount amount, and expiration. A code applies only when Stripe accepts it during checkout. Fulla Ledger also enforces the disclosed redemption count on its own records: once a code has reached that limit, checkout is refused before a payment session is created. Deactivation prevents new redemptions without changing completed transactions.

Content lifetime

Uploaded files and derived financial content expire 24 hours after presign. Failed storage cleanup remains fenced from access and is retried; retention is not silently extended.

Service changes

Plan allowances, credit pack terms, and provider routes may change with notice on this page. Access may be suspended where these terms or the Acceptable use policy are breached, where payment fails, or where required to protect the service and its users.
